Season's greetings e-card for clients and contacts This year we've created a suite of e-cards for you to choose from depending on the business that you work in (Atkins or Atkins Acuity), and subtly reflecting our sectors and locations. You can see a preview of each e-card below. Each includes a suggested season's greetings message. You can customise the messages and you can send as many cards as you wish. If you have an alternative image that you feel represents Atkins and that you'd like us to consider adding to the suite of e-card images, send it to Group communications. To allow enough time for review, and to provide the new e-cards, please send all images to Group communications by the 15th of December. Instructions for how to send the e-card: Choose the e-card version that you want to send and click on the relevant link (below). You'll be taken to the e-card in your browser (Internet Explorer). From there, click on File > Send > Page by email If you can't see the File menu, click the Alt button to the left of your spacebar, while in Internet Explorer You may need to click 'Allow' if prompted with a security message The e-card will open in a new Outlook message. Choose the recipients from your contacts list, and edit/personalise the text and subject line as you see fit. Remember, if you're sending the message to multiple people, use the BCC function in your email. Click Send.
